Create a DIY pea shooter using a syringe, desk lamp parts, and printed components. Watch this video tutorial: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0JeQInnJPgU. Follow the instructions below for assembly: 1. Print all parts. 2. Mount the handle with three 3x20mm screws and nuts. Leave the foremost hole empty. 3. Bead "clamps" and "brackets" onto the 3x60mm screw and the foremost hole, adding washers on both sides of each clamp. 4. Insert two nuts on each side of the screw (use locking nuts or red plastic gears). 5. Pass the 3x65mm bolt through the rear holes of the "clamps," leaving 5mm on each side for the rubber band. Secure with glue. 6. Use a soldering iron or side cutter to create a triangle-shaped flute in the upper part of the syringe's piston. 7. Apply oil drops to the syringe's rubber seal. 8. Attach front and rear "brackets" and install springs. 9. Secure the rubber band that pulls down the clamps. 10. Clip the bird perch (barrel) onto the syringe. BOM: - 1x 100ml bladder syringe, 40mm diameter, round handle - 2x 100mm tension spring or strong rubber bands - 1x rubber band - 1x plastic bird perch, hollow (8-10mm diameter inside) - 1x 3mm bolt, length 65mm - 1x 3mm screw or thread rod, 60mm - 7x 3mm nut - 4x 3mm washer - A few drops of oil for the syringe Tools: - Screwdriver - Soldering iron (set to 250°C) or side cutter
