I made a quick edit to Vickibrownies' upload, extracting just the gem I needed from the original file since it didn't separate them out properly. To get this done, I jumped into Meshmixer and carefully pulled out the gem I wanted to print, then scaled it down by about 50% so my friend could wear it comfortably - your mileage may vary.
