Pear effector - v1

UPDATE: Check out a fresh new take on the effector at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2286944 This improved design was inspired by Kirill91's original concept(http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1569106), tailored specifically for E3D-V6. However, I needed an effector for my own E3D-V5 (and its clones) so I created this one from scratch. My Kossel mini had reached a maximum height of 296mm with the build cylinder, but now that I've got this new effector, I can push it up to 335mm. Take note: I used a compact axial fan (http://tinyurl.com/l3kpx46) measuring 25mm x 25mm x 10mm. Additionally, I employed some strong magnets (with a diameter of 3mm and height of 3mm from www.supermagnete.it) to join the diffuser with the base, which simplifies assembly and disassembly. To secure the nuts in the upper part of the base, they are embedded in PLA; this means you'll need to stop printing at a certain point to insert them into the structure. I'm planning to revise this aspect in future versions. For improved performance, consider adding kapton tape around the aluminium hot block to insulate it. A thermal and flow analysis is currently underway and still in development. The project remains a work-in-progress since dismantling the hot-end when it's clogged can be challenging; therefore, I need to make some adjustments. Despite this, the Pear Effector is functioning well so far! Any suggestions are welcome, and feel free to remix it (Solidworks 2016 version)!
