
Pear Effector for Kossel Plus - no ABL

This is the final version of my "pear effector" designed specifically for Anycubic Kossel Plus. This iteration does not utilize ABL (Auto Bed Leveling) or Zesty Nimble, so check out these alternative versions: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3255033 (with ABL, no Zesty Nimble) and https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3255093 (with ABL and Zesty Nimble). Careful analysis using CFD simulations has optimized fan angles to maximize airflow and enhance heat sink cooling. This effector leverages an E3D-v5 heat sink from Anycubic's original kit, which is essentially a clone of the E3D-v5. It also incorporates: * 3x 30x30mm fans * 9x M3 nuts * 2x M3 screws * 12x 5mm (diameter) x 5mm (height) cylindrical magnets * Other components sourced from Anycubic's kit Compared to the original Anycubic effector, this design performs significantly better due to improved airflow directed towards the heat sink and nozzle. As a result: * The 3D printed surface exhibits greater smoothness * Clogging the throat is less likely to occur * Heat sink cooling is enhanced The use of magnets to connect the upper (corpo) and lower (diffusore) parts simplifies maintenance by making it easier to disassemble. Additionally, this design provides an added layer of safety in case the nozzle kicks up bed glass. However, printing materials like PET-G that require low airflow or even no fan may pose a challenge with this effector.
