A colleague recently had a Microscope sitting idle in his drawer for several years, on the verge of being discarded due to a broken stand that rendered it unusable. Given that these types of microscopes typically cost around £200, I stepped in and acquired it from him before it ended up in the trash. With some creative problem-solving skills, I designed and 3D printed a sturdy new stand that brought this microscope back to life, dubbed the PEAK STAND MICRO 100x. While specifically designed for the mentioned brand, this stand may also fit other microscopes with minor adjustments.
