Peace Statue 3D model

The 3D statue model was initially designed using Sketchup 8 software and later converted to other 3D formats. The native format is .skp, while a 3ds Max 2016 version scene was rendered with Vray 3.00. Depicting an angel of peace, the 30 ft tall statue serves as a memorial for Edward VII, 'The Peacemaker.' Created by Newbury Trent and adorned with both Brighton and Hove boroughs' arms, it was unveiled in October 1912 alongside a new home for Queen's Nurses. A wooden model preceded the statue for a year. The statue is physically situated in Brighton but maintained by Hove.
