Peace and Justice - Jedi Fallen Order Lightsaber Parts

This is my take on the hilt design, made printable and customizable with my Lightsaber Assembly kit. This hilt is 248 mm (9.8 in) long when assembled as a single bladed hilt, and 430mm (17 in when dual bladed). The diameter of the grip is about 1.75 in (45 mm). This kit comes with a solid prop (uncut) lightsaber, as well as broken up into sections. Each section is named the same way for all my lightsaber designs. Emitter Switch Sleeve Pommel This hilt will accept a 1" diameter Blade. The interior has a 30mm cavity for electronics kits. Some modification may eb required depending on what electronics you intend to install. Contact me if you need changes made to the design to accommodate a specific kit! ASSEMBLY: The Lightsaber Assembly kit contains models for putting your hilt together. It comes with press fit parts, as well as threaded parts for easy customization. There are two sizes of adapters - 32 mm and 24 mm. The kit also includes a press fit 32 mm to 24 mm adapter so you can mix and match parts. Different sizes are used to maximize the space inside the hilt for electronics. It is recommended you print adapters at a high infill % for strength. This model uses the following adapters for each part: Emitter to Switch: 32 mm Switch to Sleeve: 32 mm Sleeve to Pommel: 32mm You can make this hilt double bladed by printing the Emitter and Switch parts twice (do not print the pommel), and use the Dual Bladed Sleeve to assemble. Using my adapters, you can easily assmble your own custom saber with any part combinations. Color preview included to show potential finished product. Does not represent an actual print.
