PDW Bindle Seatpost Mount
thingiverse
Pulled dimensions off of the PDW bindle seatpost mount hardware with precision. Notably, the pieces vary in width by approximately 1 mm, and I've retained this irregularity intentionally. Attached scans of the actual components to aid in matching other dimensions accurately. This is crucial for a seamless fit. I'm referring specifically to the faces adjacent to the seatpost interface, which are designed to be non-uniform. This design feature ensures a secure connection. The hardware requires two M6 x 1 bolts, approximately 30-45 mm in length, to support seatposts with diameters ranging from 22.0 to 31.6 mm. Upon closer inspection, I believe the binding post bolt is an M5 x 0.8, and its length measures 35 mm. While this design may not be suitable for 3D printing, I highly recommend it for machining applications instead.
