This is a surface model of a bispecific antibody I engineered for a graduate level protein engineering class. The bispecific Fc region is Pembrolizumab with knob-in-hole mutations engineered in for proper assembly and YTE mutations for extended half-life. One binding arm is the Pembrolizumab Fab, while the other binding arm is the Atezolizumab Fv that I converted to an scFv. The 3D structure was homology modelled using Swiss Model.
