PCP pump - improved code

This is an updated rendition of my original "Progressing Cavity Pump (cycloidical)" model: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:28237, incorporating subtle modifications that preserve physical backward compatibility along with advanced methods for calculating exact throughput based on pump geometry and drive frequency. Requirements: * https://github.com/lsuess/scad-lib-cyclogearprofiles Reasons: 1) It showcases a useful application for the newly introduced library at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:777936 2) For users who have previously printed this design using the old code, this update ensures seamless compatibility 3) Reversing engineering of the original code was necessary to determine the pump's exact throughput Mathematics behind these pumps can be found here: https://cloud.sagemath.com/projects/673e5d6c-1ece-46f0-818d-dc7e2e0e6358/files/Moineau%20Pump%20Math.sagews If you discover any errors within this documentation, please notify me promptly as your input will be greatly appreciated. Note: When pairing a left and right model together with an inlet component in between, the axial forces on the rotor are perfectly balanced. As a result, bearings used for the drive no longer require support against high levels of axial thrust. Essentially, this creates a second pump working in parallel and effectively doubles throughput. For water pumping applications, a symmetrical underwater drive with double-sided balance may be necessary. Multiple units can be combined to increase flow rate further.
