This is a full-height, regular-profile (non-LP) 1-slot PCIe bracket. It was designed for AMD Radeon R7 250 (Dell OEM) card with a single DVI port and a DP port, but it may fit to other graphics cards with a similar layout. See the attached picture showing comparsion of layout between this bracket and a NVIDIA GT 710 (OEM Mfg for Samsung) - you can see the similarity, but make sure to compare the layout with yours before printing - YMMV.
