This is a custom PCI slot cover featuring a precision-cutout for a serial port connector. My existing case lacked this essential cutout, prompting me to create one from scratch. This design should be adaptable to any case, but I've included a .step file as an added precaution in case modifications are necessary. In hindsight, it's clear that I hastily assembled the cover, having only realized my mistake shortly after capturing the photo.
