PCI bracket for Avermedia Live Gamer HD

A bracket to support the [Avermedia Live Gamer HD](https://www.avermedia.com/us/product-detail/C985) capture card. I don't know if they all come without a bracket, or if I was just the "lucky" one. Originally a friend and I reinforced it using twist ties and such, but I figured this would be better. :) I used OpenSCAD to cut the necessary holes in the blank model. I printed it in PLA with 100% infill. It fits great, and while it's not super sturdy it does give enough security to the card to be able to plug/unplug the HDMI cables without unseating the card. I used some tiny nuts/bolts from the local hardware store to fasten the bracket to the card. If I felt like messing with it more, I might print it in PETG and/or add some reinforcement to the model to reduce the amount of flexing, but I guess I can just be gentle with my HDMI cables.
