Mounting brackets for three and a half inch hard drives in the pci area of a larger case is feasible even with a small mother board such as mini itx. These mounting brackets are intended for use with drives that spend most of their time idle, however it's unclear whether there will be sufficient airflow if four very active drives are installed. Assuming standard pci and motherboard screw hole locations, these brackets should fit in most cases.
