All printed parts PCB vise require no external components whatsoever. You can even design and print your own inserts tailored to your specific needs. I wasn't entirely satisfied with the initial vise2.stl design, so a tighter version is available which I highly recommend printing. Please post pictures of your creations, and if you fabricate your own inserts, kindly link them in the comments. Max PCB size: 130mm Print Settings Printer Brand: Robo 3D Printer Model: R1 ABS + PLA Model Rafts: None Used Supports: Not Required Resolution: 0.3mm Z Layer Height Infill Percentage: 20-33% Notes: When printing the screw, I recommend using at least 23% infill and a layer height of 0.2mm or less to achieve optimal results. My printed vise came out slightly bendy but still functional. The threads were a bit tight, but after some gentle grinding, it works perfectly.
