PCB Vise for 1/4"-20 camera mount

This is a remix of a thing from @halley that was great for being able to mount the vise to existing camera gear, tripods and other mounts. One problem was that it couldn't hold smaller boards like the ESP32. This remix allows smaller circuit boards to be held. The original design had a minimum clamping width of roughly 50 mm. This remix will work with circuit boards down to about 30-35 mm. Maximum clamping width is unchanged. Only the jaws were changed in this remix. If you already have the prior version of vise, you can print two of these jaws and they will work with the existing bar and clips.
