PCB Vise
thingiverse
Here's a simple PCB holder that can hold a board with a depth of 52 millimeters. All you need to do is support the rear jaw and front jaw, as the shaft requires a brim for safer printing. I printed mine at a resolution of .12mm for a smoother finish. The spring I used has an internal diameter of 16mm and a length of 72mm. You can find similar springs at Ace Hardware in the US. To assemble this holder, you'll need to attach the front jaw to the shaft using epoxy. Five-minute epoxy works perfectly for this task. Here's what you'll need: * A spring with an internal diameter of 16mm and a length of 72mm * An M3 bolt that's 24mm long * Two M3 nuts
