PCB Vise Print Settings Printer Brand: Printrbot Printer: Simple Black Rafts: No Supports: No Infill: 25% How I Designed This This vise is crafted specifically for tiny circuit boards. The image shows a compact Adafruit Trinket board snugly seated inside. Notice the round dowels, measuring exactly 3/8". For added stability, a pair of chopsticks were used to clamp the rubber band's ends in place. However, the print settings accommodate a 3/16" roll pin by default. Examination of this design reveals a critical feature - one component features through-holes for easy gliding motion, while its counterpart boasts only surface-level holes. To assemble these two halves, Gorilla instant adhesive was applied to secure the dowels firmly within their respective recesses.
