PCB vise
thingiverse
This adjustable PCB vise can hold boards measuring up to a size of 100 x 80 millimeters. The axis can be adjusted in 45-degree increments and locks firmly into place, all thanks to its spring-powered mechanism. Please note that after printing, the device will need some touch-ups to achieve optimal performance. To get started, you'll have to add M6 threads to both the clamps and the locking mechanism on the right base part. On top of this, it's a good idea to drill out 6 mm holes on each side to ensure proper alignment with the axis. As long as your prints are accurate, this project shouldn't require any additional materials beyond screws and one spring.
