PCB Soldering Support

This is a PCB support for welding, consisting of three-dimensional printed components, square aluminum tubes, screws, nuts, washers, springs and bearings. The support allows holding the circuit board while placing and soldering components. I include Fusion 360 files so that anyone can modify or improve this design. Most dimensions are parameterized through the Modify/Change Parameters menu. Printable parts for one set consist of: - Two Foot components (choose 15.5mm or 16mm to match larger tubes) - Two Frame Side components (choose 7.5mm or 8mm to match smaller tubes) - Two Triangular Grip components (choose 7.5mm or 8mm to match smaller tubes) - Two Square Grip components (choose 7.5mm or 8mm to match smaller tubes) - Two Bolt Handle M8 components - Eight Bolt Handle M4 components Other necessary parts include: - One 15.5mm or 16mm square tube (length is arbitrary, but 325mm is used in this case) - Two 7.5mm or 8mm square tubes (must be 35mm shorter than large one, 290mm in this example) - Two regular skate bearings (Out Diameter=22mm, Hole Diameter=8mm, Thickness=7mm) - Two M8 Bolts (Thread Length=40mm, Hex Head=13mm) - Two M8 Nuts (Hex=13mm) - Eight M4 Bolts (Thread Length=20mm, Hex Head=7mm) - Ten M4 Nuts (Hex=7mm) - Two M4 Bolts (Thread Length=25mm, Philips Head with max diameter=7mm) - Two M8 washers (Max out diameter=18mm) - Two M8 washers (Max out diameter=25mm) - Two Springs (Diameter about 5mm, must fit a M4 bolt in it)
