I usually work with two sizes of PCBs:</p><ul><li>50x70mm (2.75x1.79")</li><li>70x100mm (3.94x2.75")<br> </li></ul><p><br>So I designed two of them that fit each of those sizes.<br>When printing it, you need to avoid “elephant foot”. On PrusaSlicer this is easy to do, just need to set the “Elephan foot compensation”, in my case I Set it to 0.2mm.</p><p>The mesh I bought on <a href="https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000936634636.html">Aliexpress</a>.</p>
