The prototype cards are 50mm x 70mm in size, with a standard back PCB measuring 90mm by 150mm. These cards feature an innovative design that eliminates the need for screws. Instead, the PCB seamlessly slots into the card cover, while a single male header pin is used on each end to secure it firmly in place. By soldering the pins onto the PCB and allowing them to sink into the cover, the entire assembly becomes locked together tightly.
