My PTZ cameras are wired via RS-232 and RS-422, but I've encountered a problem with the PCB's plug-in terminal blocks - they're incredibly delicate. Moreover, the cables are left hanging loose, which makes them vulnerable to damage. To address this issue, I designed protective covers for the five-way and four-way cable connectors.
