The platform ensures that the PCB remains at a consistent height above the CNC table, safeguarding it from potential damage. A sturdy corner piece serves as the zero reference point for the PCB and is securely fastened in place with a fixed screw. This design features parametric geometry, allowing users to easily modify it to fit their unique lathe configuration. Included STL files provide precise instructions for installing M4 screws and t-nuts. Extensive testing has confirmed that this platform functions flawlessly without requiring separate PCB leveling. In fact, I've successfully used a V-shaped pyramid tool to precision-cut copper layers with remarkable results.
