PCB mounting clips for 35mm DIN Rail
thingiverse
This plastic clip, designed for mounting PCBs with mounting holes onto a 35mm DIN Rail, features photos and source files customized for specific boards. The accompanying instructions offer guidance on modifying these files according to your needs. The clip was printed using a Rev 4 Ultimaker in silver PLA with Cura 13.05.2 (beta) at "Fast low quality print" setting. An updated design includes an endstop piece, 5.5mm wide and secured by an M3 bolt, which can be merged into other pieces through OpenSCAD code modification. The OpenSCAD files and DXF are provided for easy editing; adjust the clip profile using a tool like Inkscape, recompile the scad file, and modify hole diameter/depth parameters while tweaking translations to change spacing. These clips may not initially suit your needs but can be tailored via the OpenSCAD files and DXF editing process. The holes are set for 2.9mm diameter M3 bolts that create their own thread and provide secure holdings.
