2022.05.27 Update:******************The 2020 T-Screw Fastener Bolts didn't work well for latching to the 15180 Extrusion and easily comes up through the slots when tightening the clamp down. As such I opted to go with my revised design which uses the 3030 M5 T-Slot Framing Fastener and which works really well. I tweaked the cap design for 3D printing and it now snugly fits into the tall nut used with the M5 x 30 mm hex screw and with 2x M5 nuts by press fitting it into place. The revised step file and fusion 360 file has been uploaded.Original Notes:*************Clamps for milling circuit boards on a desktop CNC.The designs are based off work that Álvaro Giménez did, see his website below for reference. His design leverages M5 Nuts, M5 washers and 2020 T-Screw Fastener Bolts with the 3D printed parts. I didn't have the 2020 T-slot M5 x 20 mm fastener bolts so I tweaked the design to use an M5 x 30 mm regular fastener which is used in conjunction with 2x M5 nuts per clamp and with an 3030 M5 T-Slot Framing Fastener. You can see the difference between my design and his when reviewing pictures 5 & 6.Check out his YouTube video as well on PCB fabrication, it is truly well explained: https://youtu.be/BzXxSgVrBUcReference: https://gomezgimenez.com/electronica/2022/03/15/diy-pcb-cnc-laser.html
