PCB Killer
thingiverse
I was in desperate need of a solution to break down PCBs efficiently. I decided to either carefully slice the pcb with a razor-sharp knife along the desired snapping line or precision-mill it 0.3mm deep from both sides. I then printed out this design four times, after which I assembled them together using six 2mm nuts and bolts. This approach worked remarkably well for me. As an added benefit, this method can be used to break down PCBs with a size of 70x100mm, allowing the long edge to fit snugly inside.
