PCB Holder - Imperial Sizing

PCB Holder - Imperial Sizing

Let me know if there's anything too tight or loose on these dimensions. Most of them have very little tolerances. I designed this pcb holder because I wanted to print one using readily available imperial parts instead of metric ones like M4, M6, and M8. So, I used 8-32, 1/4", and 5/16" bolts, threads, and nuts. The one exception is that I had an M4 bolt/nut, so the PCB holder comes with both versions - M4 and 8-32. To build this pcb holder, you'll need: 2 x 12" long 5/16 threaded rods 8 x 5/16 nuts 2 x 5/16 fender washers 3 x 1/4 fender washers 1 x 1/4 washer 1 x 1/4 or 5/16 spring 1 x 1.25" long 1/4 hex bolt 1 x 4" long 1/4 hex bolt 2 x 1/4 nylox nuts 1 x 3/4" long 8-32 screw 1 x 8-32 nut 1 x 8-32 washer The key thing to remember is that your bolts and nuts must have the same diameter and thread. I'm about to print this now, so I'll update with any issues that come up.
