PCB holder clamps for Mini CNC
thingiverse
These clamps hold a PCB to the base of a CNC router firmly so that there is clearance for drilling. The model includes a large clamp, 72mm long on the longest side, which perfectly holds 70mm side plates (I usually use 100x70mm plates). Also included a small clamp, 32mm on a side, which can be used in conjunction with the large clamp or separately. M3 screws and M4 washers are used to attach the plate to each clamp. An M3 nut is embedded inside the clamp for every M3 screw fit firmly. The clamp attaches to the router base with M4 screws and washers, and using slip nuts. For printing I recommend using PLA in order to ensure a result that is as flat as possible. Using ABS would result in warping that would affect the plate producing different heights for milling.
