PCB Holder
thingiverse
All printed parts for pcb holders are manufactured using a plastic printer only. These holders can securely hold PCBs measuring 140 mm in size. Additionally, you have the option to download SOLIDWORKS files associated with these parts. The thread printing process does not require any support structure. When designing the threads, we took into account a shrinkage rate of 0.4mm for plastic materials. Parts 1, 2.1, and 2.2 are printed vertically. Support structures are necessary only for parts 4 and 5. A support is also required for the hole in part 1. Parts 7 and 8 serve as board holders and feature slots designed to accommodate PCBs of varying thicknesses. Part 7 is attached to part 6 via a ball hinge, enabling it to move freely. When assembling parts 6 and 7, they will press down on the pcb. Parts 8 and 9, however, are designed to prevent any rotation. If you encounter issues with the bolts (3) not screwing into the thread properly, gently heat the threads using a hairdryer before attempting to tighten the bolt.
