Following requests, a four-hole mounting option is now available for my printer. Use 3mm aluminum for your printing surface on top of your PCB MK2a Heatbed, which measures 214mm x 214mm and has cutouts for set screws and electrical connections on a Reprap PCB Heatbed MK2a mounted with four posts. A 3-hole version is also available here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:236148, but this version should work on a 3-hole mounted bed as well. Version 2 corrects the electronics cutout error and has a 70mm gap instead of 80mm in the original. The .dxf file is still available for those using their heatbed with copper side down. Version 2.1 adds a tab near one corner for easy lifting, while version 2.2 features sharp corners removed in the electronics cutout. Easy bubble-free Kapton tape application tips are also provided: http://youtu.be/HahEdDYf7wQ. Gineer R&D offers these updates.
