PCB Grinding Bed

PCB Grinding Bed

In my initial design for a Grinding Bed compatible with my Ultimaker Dremel 400 Grinding Head and Holder, I created a wooden base measuring 200x200x10mm. To facilitate easy PCB removal, I drilled a central hole. Additionally, I drilled holes on the edges for attaching bulldog clamps. This allows for simple setup: simply remove the mirror from the heated bed and secure the wooden base using the bulldog clamps. Grinding can then commence. However, I acknowledge that this version requires improvement, particularly in securing the PCB, and further refinements are planned. The settings used for pcbgcode can be found in pcbmachine.h. Among the updates to come is the addition of clamp mechanisms to better fix the PCB in place. Current status: functional but needing enhancements.
