This is a custom version of PCB effector and carriage, built upon dc42's design with several key differences: The main changes include:\r\n\r\n+ A bare PCB without any electronic components.\r\n+ Magnetic balls secured using M4 holes instead of the standard M3 size.\r\n+ An increased arm space of 60mm for added stability.\r\n+ Reduced thickness to a mere 2mm.\r\n\r\n#### Creating the PCBs\r\n\r\nTo bring this design to life, simply use the attached DXF files to define the outline of each PCB. The actual PCBs were fabricated using EasyEDA's software by importing the DXF files into their PCB editor and defining the border outline. Any necessary text or graphics can be added directly within the editor.\r\n\r\n#### Mounting the Diamond Hotend\r\n\r\nTo successfully attach the Diamond hotend, a modified cooler shield from Kharar is required. Two essential files are needed: __diamond-on-pcb-effector.scad__ and __Diamond_hotend_shield_no_mount.csg__. These files will guide you through the assembly process.\r\n\r\n#### Mounting the E3D v6 or Clone's Groove Mount\r\n\r\nA unique approach is required to mount the E3D v6 or clone's groove mount. This involves stacking three PCBs at different angles, creating a snug fit that requires precision during assembly.\r\n\r\n#### Rod-end Assembly\r\n\r\nIt's crucial to print the rod-ends upside-down with the magnetic side facing upwards for optimal performance.\r\n\r\n#### My Build Details\r\n\r\nHere are some specifics about my build:\r\n+ I'm utilizing RobotDigg's high-quality carbon tube, measuring 450mm in length, with diameters of 5mm and 8mm respectively.\r\n+ The magnetic components and balls were sourced from 3D_HOME/AliExpress. Since they come with M4 holes, you'll need to secure them using 12 x M4 screws and 12 x M4 nyloc nut nuts for a sturdy hold.
