Layer 0.1mm, Nozzle 0.4mm, 35% infill, ABS I opted for a heavy-duty camera in the drone initially but then I replaced it with a much more compact lens holder for improved ergonomics. The threaded rod features a diameter of 15mm and a coarse metric pitch of 1mm. Its dimensions should ensure a tight fit every time, courtesy of precision-crafted 0.05mm increments that add to the overall structural integrity. Moreover, the best fit size is subject to variation based on the specific printer being used; however, for most DIY enthusiasts, 0.45mm seems to be the ideal dimension. After adjusting the focus carefully, using a high-strength thread-locking adhesive is strongly recommended as an added safety precaution. To assemble the lens holder properly, two tiny metric screws M3 * 12 are required for successful integration. Black PLA material is recommended to minimize internal light reflection and improve overall clarity. In reality, it appears far more professional and sleek than I expected!
