PCB Agitator using Arduino, small servo & PVC pipe
thingiverse
This is a straightforward PCB agitator designed to simplify the process of etching circuit boards. The servo bracket is tailored for 20mm PVC pipe and features the 9g SG92R 1.6kg servo from Tower Pro. The bracket fits perfectly, printed with .20 resolution using PLA at 15% infill. The required components include: 2 x PVC elbows 2 x PVC "T" joints 3 x 300mm long pipes 4 x 150mm long feet (legs) Miscellaneous wire 1 x Servo (9g SG92R 1.6kg from Tower Pro) 1 x Arduino board with a standard sweep sketch loaded 1 - 3D printed Servo Bracket Note: Modify the original servo code found in the arduino IDE "sweep" examples to include a 10-second delay between agitation cycles if you plan to run this servo for extended periods. Prolonged use without a delay will cause the servo to freeze. Sample modified code is attached for reference.
