PC579 Lightbulb Twist Base/Socket for Chrysler Town & Country 2006 Minivan

(Second picture shows original on left, my version on right) Made a replacement base for what I believe is a T10-sized lightbulb thing for your maplight... To be clear, this is the part that actually holds the bulb itself, not what you shove the bulb into in the car. A friend recently replaced their map lights with new LED versions, but found out that they didn't come with a base that was compatible with their car (Town and Country 2006, but should be applicable to other models as long as it's T10 or PC579 I believe). So, they couldn't actually insert it into their car. Luckily, they kept one of their old ones that held the old incandescent bulb, so I was able to make this replacement part. As far as I'm aware, this should work basically like the stock socket- except there's no metal contacts. For one of the map lights, we reused the metal contacts from the original stock base. For the other, simply wrapping the wires from our replacement LED bulb to the indents where the metal contacts originally were was good enough.
