A simple yet effective solution for creating a custom air intake filter involves using a filament filter that fits snugly onto a PTFE tube, secured by a PC4-M10 coupler. To begin, insert a small piece of foam into the filter and then push a pointed piece of filament through it multiple times. This process serves two purposes: it creates a hole in the foam and removes any loose debris that may have been dislodged during the initial puncture. For smoother insertion, consider chamfering the end of the PTFE tube to make it easier to fit into place.
