PC Footswitch with Sustain Pedal

PC Footswitch with Sustain Pedal

thingiverse

This is a DIY project that turns an electric piano sustain pedal into a keyboard hotkey for your computer. A 3D-printed case and an Arduino program are used to make this possible. You will need the following parts: * 5V Arduino Pro Micro * Normally closed (NC) sustain pedal * 1/4" TS jack * 1 M3 bolt * Piece of double-sided tape * Wire The design is created with a center bolt hole that fits an M3 tap. However, it might require some extra effort to get the tap in place if you don't have one. To use this program with F13-F24 keys, download and install a copy of the updated Arduino Keyboard library circa 577e5c9.
