You can use this model to mount a fan on the back of your pc if you have free expansion slots. This could be useful if you for example have a passively cooled pcie card, and want some extra airflow over the heatsink.  The design is made to work with 80mm fans, but it should be quite easy to modify it to work with different sized fans.  It should be possible to print it without any supports. Printing it with PLA should be fine, the temperatures in the case shouldn't be high enough to deform the part.
