PC Engine / TurboGrafx CD Jewel Case Entire lower replacement for HuCards

This transforms the entire inner and lower sections of a CD Jewel case, utilizing only the lid or the original case, to house PC Engine / TurboGrafx HuCards. This style is similar to how NEC packaged games in the past, but it does not allow reverse artwork. I've uploaded an updated version that only replaces the inner part of the Jewel case so you can use reverse artwork. Updated to fix a problem with the base not being flush to the build surface - Credit goes to Cyph for pointing this out.
