A seaplane version of the B-24 Liberator which can be seen on the Nunatak Class Cruiser models. I found the base for this on Tinkercad https://www.tinkercad.com/things/4swTzEzf39w-c-124-flying-liberator though the original b-24 model is harder to tack down as Tinkercad has a lot of remixes that are just the exact same thing without any changes.
