The innovative Pa 100 "Flying Arrow," crafted by Nicolas-Roland Payen, was poised to take part in the Coupe Deutsch of Meurthe in 1933. Emerging from the K 16 Project, a delta-wing design closely resembling the fourth letter of the Greek alphabet, paired with a fixed train and equipped shutters to ensure stability at low speeds, which will later be called "canard." Expected power would come from a robust Regnier six-cylinder engine delivering 180 horsepower coupled to a trusty two-bladed propeller.
