I trimmed the sides of the block holder so it would fit the insert that comes with the game. I removed a bit of the cylinder/pawn holder so the game boards would fit flat. I changed the bottom insert so it holds the Wakhan cards in addition to the allegiance disks (which buys more room for the other cards on the sides. Note: For the allegiance disks to fit, you need to orient them so every 2 face each other and their 1/3rd openings are touching to minimize their height. I hope that makes sense!
