I'm done with dealing with lint in my Pax cartridges and decided to create a model and print a cap instead. The PETG print turned out great, providing a secure fit that's perfect for my needs. This design may also work well with PLA, but I haven't tried it yet. I printed the cap at 0.2mm layer height using my Prusa MK3, which took about 16 minutes to complete. Printing at 0.1mm would probably produce a smoother finish, but I didn't feel like investing ~30 minutes in such a small project. I've since updated the design to version 2, which features slightly larger chamfers around the edges for improved functionality and aesthetics.
