If you reduce the size, the contour layers will be narrower .You can test the reduction by a few percent but I do not recommend it if you wanted a smaller object size you would have to use a 0.2 mm nozzle instead of a 0.4 At 100% size the width of the object is 6 mm and the groove of the holder is 6,15mm .If you want to shrink the object don't forget to shrink the holder as well . you can stop printing before the end and flip the filament to a different color I recommend printing using the ironing function in prusa slicer for smoother top layers I recommend prusa slicer , which can print thin walls.Here is the link . https://www.prusa3d.com/cs/stranka/prusaslicer_424/ it's not a hastily made file but it's been modified in blender to extend all the walls and overall.
