Pause Print / Change Filament 1.0 - Cura Plugin

This is a Remix from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2077884 ( I did not add it to the remixes because of bugs in Thingiverse ) I created this remix due to a bug in the original script, the functionality became incoherent because when pausing at layer it paused after printing that layer and when making a pause at height it paused before the corresponding layer. What I changed in my version : - I fix that original bug and now the pause is always before printing the specified layer - Reorganised and added small tweaks to the code and settings - Added more detailed texts and descriptions to help better understand each options.
