Hope you don't mind me making this change, Paul. This is actually your design with an added bonus room - I had to include it to get exactly what I'm looking for. It adds a mere 16 feet to the width of the plan. I'm definitely going to build this one, as it matches my ideal floor plan perfectly. The only comparable model available through CBH Homes is a very similar design. Now all I have to do is persuade my financial advisor to let go of the funds necessary for the construction process. This is easier said than done. Also, I'm a big fan of SolarTubes - they make a huge difference in bringing in natural light during the day. That's exactly what one does to a room; this particular bathroom is filled with SolarTube skylights and it makes all the difference in world. The original style has been preserved intact except for substituting linoleum in the bonus room instead of whatever else it might have had.
