Simple case for the Apple II / Macintosh disk drive to Pauline adapter, available here: https://hxc2001.com/pauline/Disk_II_to_IDC34_v3.zip The case was made with Tinkercad, and set up so it can protect the contacts and be flush with the PCB. I don't have specs for the screws as I used what was laying around. You can easily drill the holes larger for bigger screws if needed.
