Paul Würth 9cbm slag ladle car 1:87
thingiverse
This 9 cubic metre capacity slag ladle car was made in luxemburg by Paul Würth for the local industry, the design looks very similar to Júnkerath designs of the era, so I suspect it may have been license built. This version has no shelters and no brakes. Cars like this (though probably actual junkerath cars) were in use at ougree-marihaye, cockerill and a number of german steelworks The deluxe version with shelters and brakes as in use by ARBED will be uploaded separately. This model was designed to use some spares box special US freight car wheels, diameter 9,5mm. Other wheels may or may not fit, just give it a try. Fixed nem coupler pockets are provided, will work fine with kadee couplers or hook-and-loop due to the car's small size. The frame is a bit widened to give the wheels a bit more space, the cars at cockerill actually had this slightly wider frame. If you build this as a würth car, give it plain wheels, if you want to use it as a jünkerath car, grab the wheels from one of the jünkerath cars, they'll fit.
