This CNC plasma/router combo table features a removable T-Slot design and integrated 1/2 x13 threaded sockets for efficient work holding. The plasma mount has a magnetic breakaway attachment, allowing the torch to be rotated 45 degrees left and right from the center. With its powerful 2.2kw, 24000rpm, air-cooled ER20 spindle, the table can handle aggressive milling while ensuring precise machining tolerances with the z axis assembly's tramming capabilities. Dual linear rails on both x and y axes provide increased rigidity, and the 980 oz-in steppers deliver ample power. The Y axis stepper is uniquely mounted at the center of the Z axis assembly for equal torque distribution. The 4th axis can handle round tubes up to 48" in diameter and folds in on itself when not in use to minimize its footprint. Recent updates include a 2" increase in gantry height, protective guards for Y axis steppers, a nylon bumper added to the 4th axis rail, and gussets to strengthen weld joints of the 4th axis rail to the table frame.
